Cinema Sales and Promotions Executive

The Role:

  1. Handle sales enquiries, administration of sales bookings, events and activities.
  2. Cold calling and follow-up of potential and existing customers.
  3. Seek out and expand corporate customers database.
  4. Responsible for corporate customers database – i.e. maintain database, sending out e-newsletters.
  5. Identify and develop programs and promotions to corporate customers database.
  6. Build and sustain productive business relationships with clients and partners.
  7. Assist in development of promotional activities and collaterals for B2B and B2C markets.
  8. Assist to manage promotional and trade events, activities and display.
  9. Liaise with designers, suppliers and partners to coordinate promotional materials deliveries.
  10. Involve in competitive monitoring of market analysis and marking communications.
  11. To explore new channels in which to market products and conduct market research on competitors and customers alike.

Requirements::

  1. Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or its equivalent.
  2. Preferably with 1 year of experience in the related field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and Internet and HTML savvy.
  4. Good in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  6. Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated with requisite personal drive and energy.
  7. Meticulous and good follow-up skills.
  8. A team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm, and committed to customer service.
  9. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  10. Good organizing skills, creative, and have a keen interest in movies.
  11. Willing to learn and to accept new responsibilities.
  12. Singaporean citizen or hold relevant residence status.
  13. 5½ days work week.

Customer Service Officers (Full / Part Time)
You will be required to perform all customer related functions such as answering enquiries and attending to patron request. Your duties include cashiering, ushering and general cleaning.



Requirements:
  1. A cheerful person.
  2. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
  3. A good team player.
  4. Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts on a 6 day week basis. Part timers must be able to work at least 4 days of 6 hours each including weekends and public holidays.

Cinema Technical Officer

The Role:

  1. Responsible for prompt installation, troubleshooting and repair of cinema projection /sound systems.
  2. Responsible for preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.
  3. Supervise installations and repairs by external contractors.
  4. Provide technical support and training to equipment operators.
  5. Generate service reports.
  6. Generate fault reports on system/equipment malfunctions and recommend recovery options.
  7. Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve organisation’s objectives.

Requirements::

  1. Diploma/NTC in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years (Diploma) or 3 years (NTC) hands-on experience in instrumentation and control systems.
  3. Able to read/interpret blueprints, technical drawings, diagrams and manuals.
  4. Basic PC knowledge.
  5. Good communications skills.
  6. Strong team spirit with ability to work independently.
  7. Energetic and eager to learn
  8. Regular work hours but on emergency standby during cinema operating hours.
  9. Class 3 driving license.
  10. Singapore Citizen or PR.

Project Admin Assistant

  5. Coordinate with project stakeholders on meetings & discussions setups.
  6. Minutes taking in project meetings/ discussions.

Requirements::

  1. Diploma/NTC in Technical/Engineering fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience with AutoCAD drawings of commercial and residential buildings.
  3. Ability to understand project drawing specifications.
  4. Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Facilities Executive

The potential candidate will be able to provide the full spectrum of Facilities Maintenance functions in support of e day-to-day operations and includes the following duties:

The Role:

  1. Plan and supervise the maintenance of essential facilities like air-conditioning system, exhaust and ventilation system, plumbing and sanitation system, gas system, lighting/electrical systems, fire detection and fire fighting systems.
  2. To liaise, control and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
  3. Create and maintain good rapport with tenants.
  4. Independently provide feasible solutions and follow up on complains to resolution.
  5. Arrange access for viewing by potential tenants.
  6. To assist in the handing/taking over possession of the premises.
  7. To liaise with the relevant government authorities for project requirements, annual building services license/permit application/renewal.
  8. Able to understand drawings for the various type of building services such as architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, sanitary and plumbing etc.
  9. Attend to emergency situations.

Requirements::

  1. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Building Services or Facilities Management or its equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act, Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and/or ISO9001/14001/18001 with a Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.
  4. Possess Class 3 driving license.
  5. Enjoy working with different levels of people and customer oriented.
  6. Good organising skills and meticulous with excellent follow up skills.
  7. Possess a high level of resourcefulness and initiative; able to multi-task and complete assignments on time.
  8. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a unique and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated person. Successful incumbent will be responsible for -

  1. Supporting the daily operations of the Cinema Concessions department by actively assisting and providing direction to subordinates as required. Applicants must be able to perform duties on weekends and public holidays as and when needed when there are corporate events.

Key Requirements:

  6. Preferably some years of Operations and Admin experience from F&B or Retail industry.
