On December 1997, the Group launched Hullet Rise, a luxury 16-storey condominium for rent in Hullet Road. The three bedroom apartments are airy with the most modern utilities built into the kitchen, bathrooms as well as living spaces.

The Group has also completed the redevelopment of Shaw Plaza - Twin Heights at the site of the former single screen Hoover and President Theatres at Balestier. The official opening date was 5 November 1999. The project cost more than S$250 million and is the culmination of construction work which began in 12 December 1996 with the piling starting on 26th March 1997. The new development consists of a six screen cineplex and shopping mall adjoining a luxury condominium with 21 storey apartment blocks.

All 6 screens within the cineplex are equipped with SDDS, DTS, SRD and Dolby Stereo SR as well as comfortable rocking chairs. The cineplex officially opened with the premiere of 'Asterix and Obelix take on Caesar' on 3 November 1999. Tenants of Shaw Plaza shopping mall include NTUC Fairprice, NTUC Foodfare and Cheers, E-Zone Amusement Arcade, McDonalds, Apex Pharmacy, OCBC and Crystal Palace/Seng Hup. Freehold units of the residential blocks - Twin Heights - are now for sale.
